As an owner/broker Susan Fraser has been successfully selling Incline Village properties for 30 years. Susan Fraser & Associates is located in the Country Club Center in suite 26, across from the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino.

Our Sales Team

We have comprehensive market knowledge, great skill in managing the transaction process, finesse in negotiating and understanding of market strategies. Our broad sales experience encompasses the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe (including Incline Village), the Reno/Sparks area, Carson City, Minden and Gardnerville. Susan is a member of the Northern Nevada Real Estate MLS system as well as the Incline Village Realtor Board to better serve an ever expanding interest in northern Nevada.

Sales and marketing takes more than a sign in front of the property or an entry into the local Multiple Listing Service and it takes more than “just an agent” to help you negotiate the complex process of buying or selling property. We pride ourselves on being open, friendly, approachable and very savvy in the market trends and the nuances of the requirements of the various public agencies governing the Tahoe Basin. Margaret Martini - margaret@liveintahoe.com I have been a licensed Nevada/California Realtor for over 20 years. As a full time real estate agent, my experience encompasses responding to the ever changing real estate conditions in the Incline Village, Reno and Carson Valley markets. Incline Village has been my home since 1964. We have raised our two children in the most wonderful area in the world. I have many years of community involvement through the school system and for eight years as a certified coach and referee in the local AYSO soccer association. As well as owning businesses in Incline Village, my husband and I designed and built our own home. This results in great benefits to my clients through my knowledge of construction, merchandising, and creative advertising. My philosophy is to treat every client with honesty, professionalism, and integrity. I am committed to building long lasting relationships with my clients by understanding their needs in purchasing their dream property and responding with service beyond their expectation.
